  1. Stolen Jars @ Arlene’s Grocery

    November 10, 2015 by admin

Wow, I am actually getting close to catching up on my concert photos…and I really really need to catch up soon cause I might have some exciting Los Angeles news on the horizon!

So at the end of September my friend Rick invited me to see Stolen Jars @ Arlene’s Grocery! I was pretty excited cause Rick had played me some of their music before, and I hadn’t been to Arlene’s in eternity.

The show was awesome, and I really dug the band! In fact last month when I was missing NYC during CMJ, I ran across this NPR article that included Stolen Jars in their “Top 10 discoveries from CMJ” That list also includes Weaves & Todd Slant who are two bands that are also worth checking out!

Hope you all enjoy the photos!

  2. Union Pool Photos!

    October 24, 2015 by admin

So far too long ago I took these photos of Feces, Rathaus, and Law$uits at Union Pool. In the meantime I sort of packed up 1/2 my life and moved to LA for an extended stay/job. I am way behind on posting photos, but hope to catch up super soon.

Anyway this was a fun night, and the music was super super sick.

Also..the night may or may not have ended with reminiscing (won’t go into positively or negatively) on what it was like to grow up with Limp Biskit being a popular band.

    Enjoy the photos!

I also got to see Guerilla Toss for the first time, who I am def planning to go see at Palisades on Thursday!

Super thanks to Frank for lending me his camera! Frank’s band Feces is playing at Union Pool this Tuesday!!!

Couple weeks back I went to The Cake Shop to support Frank and Jackie’s band Saints. I ended up getting photos of the Roulettes and Raccoon Fighters as well. I also got really lucky cause my friend Dalton let me use his fancy camera, and Rina let me use her awesome flash!

    Hope you guys enjoy!

    July 27, 2015 by admin

A little over a week ago I took some photos at The Black Strap, a DIY venue run by three very chill dudes! I thought the space was great, and the bands were awesome! Hope you enjoy the photos!

By the way…they also have a really sweet cat named Fury who is having rough medical problems. You should check out the Gofundme page for Fury! Also The Black Strap has another great show coming up in early August!

  9. Big Ups at Palisades

    June 10, 2015 by admin

A couple months ago some of friends mine invited me out to Silent Barn to see the band Big Ups. I had a great time at the show/got a good knock in the jaw during their awesome song “National Parks.” I was also really captivated by the way Joe Galarraga moved on stage. A few weeks later I caught them at Palisades and took a couple of photos…Hope you guys enjoy!

  10. Frank’s Basement

    April 10, 2015 by admin

So a few Sundays ago my friend Alina invited me to come out to Frank’s Basement a “venue” in Bensonhurst, that is literarily located in a basement! I was coming from a freelance gig, and happened to have my friend’s camera on me, so I decided to take some pictures of all the bands. The music was boss, and I am attaching links to the bands, because I thought they all kicked ass. I totally plan on catching The Rizzos, Saints, Prima, and Crazy Pills again real soon, and I obviously plan on returning to Frank’s Basement in the very near future!
